Velvet Mask × besseae aff. is a hybrid I created. This is plant number one from this cross, used in my breeding. It produces stunning, sparkly emergent leaves with vivid pink veins, which harden into a rich, deep green. The venation is quite symmetrical and round in shape.
kunayalense 1
A species kunayalense of unknown exact parentage but suspected to be early RA stock. Acquired from Aroid Apartment (Sweden, @aroidapartment). Has a verly lovely symmetrical heart shape and intense red emergents.

One of my favorite hybrids from last year. The emergents are stunning combined with the exact heart shape and bullate texture of kuna, but these came out very dark, which is rare for kuna crosses where kuna tends to lighten the hardened-off leaf color. Instead these are very dark, almost with a bluish tint, which I love.
