Anthurium (Midnight velvet x Red Studd) x rioclarense wild hybrid

Size: 1-leaf seedlings

Selection: Growers' choice, as there are no differences between the seedlings yet. I always choose the biggest and most robust seedlings to sell. Please note that red colors are recessive, meaning that not all resulting plants will necessarily have very red emergents.

Mother plant: an Aussie hybrid between Midnight Velvet x 'Red Studd' from the hybridizer Hải (Australia/Vietnam, @hoffmanihai)

Pollen donor: the rioclaroense × is a wild hybrid, suspected to involve a species from section Xialophyllium. Wild Anthurium hybrids are uncommon, and cross-sectional ones are considered particularly rare. My mother plant is a cutting of the original plant from Jay Vannini via @mathiuxaroids (France)
