Anthurium sp. nov. “DF” (species nova Dewey Fisk) is an undescribed Anthurium known primarily from cultivation. “sp. nov.” refers to species nova, ie. new species. The plant is associated with South Florida horticulturist Dewey Fisk and is believed to have originated from Ecuador, though its exact wild provenance remains undocumented. It is recognized for its dark, velvety foliage and open sinus.
