    Orders are shipped using:

    • UPS (EU)
    • Posti (Finland)

    At checkout, you can choose from the following options:

    • Standard Shipping: Reliable and cost-effective. (Available only during warmer months)
    • Express Shipping: Faster delivery for when you need your plants sooner.

    You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery Timeframes

    Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

    • UPS Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
    • UPS Express saver: 2-3 business days
    • Posti: 1-3 business days

    Please note that sometimes delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Plant Care During Shipping

    I take great care in preparing your plants for their journey, packaging them with the utmost attention to ensure their health and safety.

    Each plant is carefully wrapped using polyfill to cushion delicate leaves, cardboard to prevent movement, and bubble wrap to protect against the cold. I also ship on Sunday nights or early Monday mornings to minimize transit times, ensuring your plant starts its trip as soon as possible.

    My goal is to package and ship plants with the same care and attention I’d want if I were the recipient!

  • Shipping Regions

    I currently ship to all EU countries, but prices may vary.

  • Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

    During colder months shipping costs always include insulation and a 72h heat pack.

    The shipping costs reflect my costs, I do not make profits from shipping.

  • Refund policy

    Damaged or Dead Plants

    If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at nordicplantdiary@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

    Returns and Refunds

    Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, reach out to us, and we’ll make it right.

    Incorrect Address

    Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Frequently Asked Questions

I aim to ship all orders the week after they are placed. Plants are shipped every Monday and Tuesday. In the event of weather-related or other delays, I will reach out to you directly.

No worries! Minor cosmetic damage can sometimes occur during shipping, but if there are any significant issues upon arrival, I’ll gladly offer a replacement. My priority is to provide you with high-quality plants. If you experience any problems, please contact me through the contact form or on Instagram with photos of the plant, and I’ll respond promptly.

Yes, shipping costs include all necessary precautions based on the weather to ensure your plant arrives safely.
